2 scoops of MusclePharm Vanilla Cream Protein Powder.

1/2 cup of 100% Pure Pumpkin.

1 tsp of Cinnamon.

16 oz of Water

Directions

Step 1)

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend for 10-15 seconds.
