Powerful Pesto Tuna Nutrition Facts

Ingredients

2-4 oz tuna steaks

1.5 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil

1/2 cup of cilantro

1/8 cup of basil

2 scallions

1/2 garlic clove

1/2 cup of parsley

1 teaspoon of lime juice

1 teaspoon of parmesan cheese

1/8 cup of chicken broth

 

Directions

Step 1.)
Set oven to broil. Brush dish with 1 teaspoon of olive oil.

 

Step 2.)
Place tuna steaks in dish and put into oven for 4-5 minutes. Take out of oven and flip steaks, cook for another 5 minutes.

 

Step 3.)
Combine remaining ingredients into a food processor and process for about 10 seconds.

 

Step 4.)
Spread processed ingredients over each tuna steak evenly and enjoy!
