 16PREWORKOUT-5-KEY-INGREDIENTS

Your Preworkout Should Have These 5 Key Ingredients

Don’t Sacrifice Flavor. Preworkouts don't have to taste bad.  There are many unique flavors on the market including Tutti Frutti & Rocket Pop from APS Nutrition

Beta Alanine

Beta-alanine is a non-essential amino acid that is shown to improve exercise capacity and athletic performance. It is especially beneficial during high-intensity exercise and strength training, which in turn may help build lean muscle mass. It can also delay muscle fatigue, especially in older individuals.*

L-Citrulline

L-Citrulline supplementation results in reduced fatigue and boosts endurance for both aerobic and anaerobic exercise.  Because Citrulline is a precursor of Arginine, it provides the key material for Arginine production, which can then be used for the production of Nitric Oxide (NO).  Citrulline clearly is one of the most important components of NO production and a healthy cardiovascular system.*

Creatine Malate

Athletes are only just becoming aware of the performance enhancing properties of malic acid. Closely related to citric acid, malic acid is found naturally in foods such as green apples and has been shown to help the body release energy from food which in turn improves endurance. By combining it with creatine nitrate you effectively get a hybrid supplement capable of improving strength & endurance.*

Creatine Nitrate

According to a UCLA study, Creatine Nitrate is 1000% more water soluble than either Creatine Monohydrate or other creatine derivatives. Unmatched water solubility ensures better absorption and delivery of nutrients and growth factors to muscles with absolutely none of the traditional side effects of inferior Creatine supplementation.*

Agmatine Sulfate

Agmatine is derived in the body from L-Arginine. Research reveals it has a myriad of potential applications such as regulating insulin release, as a strong neurotransmitter and more. Agmatine also helps to govern nitric oxide (NO) synthesis, making this a popular pump-inducing supplement choice.*

A Word on Stimulants

No preworkout is complete without the aid of some type of stimulant including caffeine, green tea, or the superior but controversial DMAA (1,3 dimethylamylamine).  Nearly every company has stopped producing DMAA due to threats from the FDA claiming DMAA is not a "dietary supplement ingredient".  Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals continues to make products with DMAA including Jack'd Up, APS Mesomorph, HydroxyElite and many more.
