After placing 3rd at the IFBB Montreal Pro Classic 1 week earlier, Jackson avenged the loss by besting last week's champion, Darrem Charles. This win gives Jackson tremendous momentum going into the Mr. Olympia contest in 2 weeks time.

And of course, in women's bodybuilding solid bets are few and far between unless you include legendary Ms. Olympia performers like Lenda Murray and Cory Everson. They of course were slam dunk winners - and often.
Darrem Charles proved, once again, that size doesn't mean a
thing if you don't have symmetry and conditioning to accompany it. On this night, Charles managed to knock off
the massively muscled Quincy Taylor, the thick-chested Johnny Jackson, and the"comeback
kid", Chris Cormier, en route to winning to 2007 IFBB Montreal Pro Bodybuilding
Classic. Charles had it all: Symmetry, presentation, and conditioning and
although, after prejudging, people were talking about Cormier and Quincy Taylor;
in the final analysis, Darrem's incredible conditioning pushed him to the top
of the heap.
Saturday September 8, 2007, the IFBB Montreal Pro Classic will, once
again, be promoted by retired IFBB Pro Joe Spinello. At stake is
$25,000 U.S. dollars and 3 Mr. Olympia-qualifying spots. The big story
this weekend is the return of Chris Cormier.
