MD Radio is a 1 hr Program hosted by retired Hall of Fame Professional bodybuilders, Shawn Ray & Flex Wheeler. They will host interviews with superstar guests in the bodybuilding industry, including: Athletes, Judges, Promoters and Supplement Companies as well as field questions from fans in the Fitness World! This show will deliver breaking news in the world of Bodybuilding, both Amateur and Professional, as well as highlight News from other sports as "Hot Topics." Our main objective is to provide the fans a weekly informative avenue to learn from the best in the Sport & Fitness Industry. We will read emails from fans and sponsoring companies, as well as field Call-In Questions from everyday supporters of the Bodybuilding world. Every Monday from 4pm to 5pm PST, MD Radio will roll out various Stars from the past, present and Future to ensure the listening audience gets more than enough information regarding Training, Diet, Supplementation and Contest Information to help them in their respective interests.

Power lifter turned Bodybuilder and contest front runner, Stan Efferding who is Currently ranked the #1 at 275 pound raw total in America on powerliftingwatch.com with a 2,070 pound raw total (755 squat, 550 bench, 765 deadlift) at over 41 years old!
Stan started his own telephone company out of his apartment funded by credit cards back in 2002 and built it into a 100 employee business providing service in 25 states and grossing 25 million a year!

Idrise has basically Retired due to some lingering injuries but we will have to hear from him whether he is "Officially" done with competition.
