My chest has always been a lagging body part in my physique, so I
always try to push myself to lift as heavy and smart as possible. My
workouts are never the same for more than 2 weeks as I like to keep my
body guessing.Before I get started into my leg routine I like to ride the
bike for 10 minutes to get my knees and joints ready for up and coming leg
blast. After the warm up I head directly over to the leg extension or squat rack
depending on how my knees feel.

Biceps are great and they continue to get all the glory even though they Make Up just one-third of the upper arm, but it's Evan's triceps that really set his arms apart from the pack and give them that almost impossibly round, full appearance. When this guy's arms are hanging straight down and totally relaxed, you get a sense of how critical thick triceps are in bodybuilding.

You'd have to look long and hard to find another pair of legs like the ones this kid dragged over here from Barcelona. I don't know what's happening these days, but it's kind of hard to look over the last bit of bodybuilding history and not see a trend developing. Tom Platz would show us what to expect in a monster leg freak, and many notables chased the ideal, giving us a view of some truly freaky wheels. However, none have bested the Iron Eagle. Until now. The passive little country of Spain has unleashed Paco Bautista, and now the bodybuilding stage is a very scary place.
