Once again, February is upon us; and while the thought of my 39^th birthday on the 17^th should be first and foremost on my mind, it's the fact that February is Black History Month that's really got me thinking. You see, it was something that the late, great, civil rights leader, Martin Luther King Jr., once said that sparked this keen state of introspection.

It's officially 2007; and I bet you're wondering what Team MD's got in store for the new year. In fact, I'll wager that some of you are debating exactly how outlandish and innovative our New Year's Resolutions can be. While I can't Reveal our entire itinerary, I will admit that we do have some very special plans on the horizon.

When I first started bodybuilding in the early 1990's-back before there was an Internet-- the most exciting part of my day came when I arrived home and saw the newest muscle magazine sitting in my father's mailbox.
