I’ve been taking the drug Nubain for the past three years. It has gotten to the point where I take a shot every two hours (even at night) to keep myself from going into withdrawal. Aside from its painkilling properties, what benefits does Nubain offer the bodybuilder? What’s the best method for getting off the drug with the fewest withdrawal symptoms possible? Nubain (generically known as Nalbuphine HCl) possesses mild analgesic (painkilling) properties. It belongs to a class of opiate painkillers that both stimulate and antagonize the pain receptors found throughout the body. Bodybuilders take Nubain to suppress appetite while dieting, numb the pain associated with hard, intense training, and counteract the muscle-wasting effects of the catabolic hormone cortisone. Most bodybuilders who use the drug inject between five and 20 milligrams every one to four hours. Despite the fact that Nubain is indeed an opiod narcotic, it doesn’t posses the severe respiratory suppressing effects that most other opiates (like morphine and oxycodone) possess. In fact, once too much drug has been injected, Nubain has the unique ability to inhibit its own respiratory suppressing effects, thus making it essentially impossible to overdose. Despite what the pamphlet enclosed with Nubain says about the drug not being addictive, many a user will attest to the horrible withdrawal symptoms attributed to its quick cessation. Recently, it was discovered that the prescription drug Ultram is a close enough oral substitution for the injected Nubain that it is an ideal candidate to help Nubain "users" get themselves off the drug.
The best way to stop Nubain is to start by weaning yourself down to very small shots (less than two milligrams) every three hours (eight shots per day). Once that has been successfully achieved, replace every other shot with one Ultram pill and follow this regimen for two to three days (four shots and four pills per day). Next, replace all the Nubain shots with Ultram pills for another two days (eight pills per day). For the next two days, take one Ultram every eight hours (three pills per day). Finally, for the next week, take one Ultram just before bedtime. After this last week's regimen, it’s safe to come completely off the Ultram.
Note: If any symptoms of diarrhea occur while weaning off the Nubain or Ultram, try using Lomotil (loperimide), which can be purchased at any local supermarket or drugstore. Additionally, if you experience any problems falling or staying asleep, you may want to try taking three to six milligrams of Melatonin per night to help regulate your sleep cycles. I’m trying to burn as much body fat as possible in the quickest amount of time. What’s the best "legal" supplement on the market to increase my rate of fat burning? I’ve been taking the ephedrine-caffeine-aspirin stack, and while I have lost some pounds on the scale, I always feel wired, nervous and stressed out. I need advice, fast! First of all, the ECA (ephedrine-caffeine-aspirin) stack, while effective at increasing fat mobilization in the body, causes several deleterious side effects that make it less than the ideal solution to your problem. Ephedrine is a drug known as a beta agonist. In addition to increasing the rate of fat mobilization, beta agonists also significantly increase the heart rate and cause significant central nervous system stimulation. An increase in heart rate is not something someone with a heart condition or high blood pressure would want to be doing to his body. Additionally, stimulation of the central nervous system also causes in increase in the level of stress hormones (corticosteroids) produced in the body. This, in turn, could result in a loss of lean muscle tissue, especially while on a restricted calorie diet (not a very desirable side effect). What natural supplement exists that can satisfy all the qualifications of being a pure fat burner while, at the same time, possessing no deleterious side effects? A new class of Fat Burners are making their way to the marketplace that are known as "uncoupling" agents. This class of Fat Burners, of which usnic acid is a member, work their magic by taking the potential energy of fatty acid oxidation in the body and turning it into wasted "heat" energy that is then dissipated through the pores in the skin and off into the environment. Usnic acid is essentially a calorie-wasting supplement that has no central nervous system stimulating effects and no cardiac or blood pressure stimulating effects. At 10 to 30 milligrams per day (taken with meals), usnic acid can be considered the first safe, pure fat-burning agent to hit the supplement market. As of now, the only available "pure" usnic acid is produced by Icon Nutritional Research under the brand name Lipogenesis. For those who subscribe to my newsletter RX Muscle, there will be a more intimate review of usnic acid in the second issue, along with information on how to procure a supply of the limited production supplement.
What’s the deal with this new testosterone on the market called T-400? Is it really 400 milligrams of testosterone per milliliter and how should I take it?
Denkal Labs out of Australia has finally done what no other manufacturer of testosterone products has done before. It has produced a blend of three of the most popular testosterone esters on the market today— 188.5 milligrams of testosterone cypionate, 25 milligrams of testosterone propionate, and 188.5 milligrams of testosterone enanthate— in a ratio that makes the combined total equal a whopping 400 milligrams of testosterone per milliliter (mL). This incredible blend, which they call T-400, comes in a 10 mL multi-use vial such that the entire bottle contains an amazing 4,000 milligrams of testosterone. Rumor has it that it’s selling on the street for around $100 dollars per 10 mL bottle. In comparison, a bottle of the Mexican Brovel Testosterona contains only 2,000 milligrams (and that is questionable) of testosterone enanthate per 10 mL at a street price of about $75 per bottle. Thus, the T-400 contains more than double the amount of testosterone (making use of three different testosterone esters instead of just one) for almost the same exact price. The one warning that should be heeded by all would-be users of the new T-400 product is that it should be administered in 1/2 mL (200mg) increments. Otherwise, great soreness and discomfort at the injection site have been reported. Additionally, fever and/or flu-like symptoms have been noted in users who administered over 400 milligrams of the product all in the same day. The most efficacious results are being reported when no more than 200 milligrams (1/2 mL) are injected (mixed in the same syringe with some other oil-based non-testosterone compound) per day.
