I know you’re a busy man, but maybe you could help a soul who is at a loss for a good hamstring workout. I have decent size in my quads, but I’m having trouble cutting up my hamstrings (lower half and where the hamstring ties into my butt). I know it sounds like a woman “thing,” but I’m trying to lean out for pictures and this area has me completely stumped. The key to good hamstring development is to not overtrain them (which is what most people do). Despite what most people think, squatting (not leg curls) is the best mass builder for the hamstring muscles. You should start every leg workout with wide-stance (toes forward), deep barbell squats. The next best hamstring developer would be either hack squats or leg press (pick one) and do no more than two or three sets. Finish up your hamstring training with one-leg hamstring curls for no more than two sets with impeccable form. Volume will not help the hamstrings grow. However, good form, high intensity, and full range of motion will. I have been a fan of your freaky size for some time. I am currently six weeks out from a show and want to get my glutes striated. Besides being shredded, what's the best way to bring out my glutes? Squat, squat and squat! I cannot stress enough how important squatting is to hamstring and gluteal development. The more developed the glute muscles are, the more likely you are to have a deep, grooved, striated look when you diet off all the fat. If you have trouble “feeling” your glute muscles when you squat, you may have fallen arches (flat feet) and thus may need to have custom orthotics made by your local podiatrist or chiropractor. Believe me, I wear them and they are worth their weight in gold. I have some Finajet, Masteron, Proviron and some clenbuterol to use for the last few weeks before my show. Can you tell me the best way to stack these, and which ones I can take all the way up to the day of the show?
The Finajet and Masteron should be taken 50 milligrams every other day, while the Proviron (anti-estrogen) can be taken two to four pills per day (evenly dispersed throughout the day). Clenbuterol works best when you start with two pills per day. Then every two weeks you increase the dosage by one pill until about five or six pills are reached. There is no reason to ever take more than six clenbuterol per day. (You’re only looking for problems with side effects at that point).
When you spot-inject arms, is there any oil or drug you would not recommend? For instance, I heard sustanon is not good because of the testosterone propionate in it. I think that if you inject the biceps and triceps muscles with steroid-laced oils, you are introducing very acidic compounds into a fragile, small muscle group. The end result of constantly bombarding the arm muscles with your daily shots could be to cause micro-tears or, worse yet, muscle ruptures. My “controversial” advice is that if you want to “pump” up the arm muscles a bit, try using Synthol (which is essentially oil without any drug). At least you don’t have to worry about the “irritant” effect of the steroidal compound and the resulting muscle-eroding effect that occurs over time.
I read your article in MD every month and find it very informative. I read an article in another bodybuilding magazine (I don’t remember which one) and they said that "winstrol-v" (injectable) is chemically identical to the oral winstrol and therefore, you can drink winstrol-v rather than inject it? Is this true?
Stanozolol (the chemical name for winstrol) can be made into pills (winstrol tabs) or can be sterilized and suspended in sterile water (winstrol-v). Either way, stanozolol is still stanozolol! Therefore, whether you inject it into your body or orally consume it, it will be just as effective. One thing to consider, however, is that by injecting winstrol, you are essentially putting it directly into the bloodstream, thus avoiding “first pass” metabolism by the liver. Not only will this make the winstrol slightly more active, it will also make it a lot less “toxic” to the liver.
I've read that Serono (Serostim) Growth Hormone (6 mg) is good for up to five days after reconstitution when refrigerated. Is this true despite the fact that it comes with sterile water and not bacteriostatic water? Would using bacteriostatic water extend the life of the Serostim? All growth hormone, once mixed, is good for at least five or six days (no matter what water it is mixed with). After about the 6th or 7th day, the large GH molecule starts to get lysed (destroyed) by the water its been suspended in for the last several days. Nutropin (by Genentech) has a unique patented “acid-water” added to its GH, thus making it impervious to water destruction. (Its GH actually comes suspended in water and is stable like that for over 19 months at a time). The use of bacteriostatic water does nothing except prevent the growth of bacteria, and since it’s not the bacteria that is breaking down the GH molecules. It really makes no difference which water you use. (I recommend using the sterile water that comes with the Serostim. After all, Serono obviously put it in there for a reason).
