Right now I have 50 Anadrol pills at my disposal and in two weeks I'll be getting five 250-milligram amps of Sustanon 250, five 200-milligram vials of Deca, 30 Nolvadex pills and six amps of Winstrol. What would be a good way to cycle this? Also, what’s the best time during the day to take the Anadrol? I couldn't find this information anywhere online and from what I've read, you are pretty much the only expert on anabolic steroid use that will come out and openly talk about it.

I would suggest taking at least two amps (500mg) of the Sustanon 250 per week so that your testosterone levels will be optimized for growth and repair. Supplement the androgenic testosterone with the highly anabolic Deca Durabolin (200mg twice weekly for a total of 400mg per week). To really kick this cycle into gear, you can also add in 25-50 milligrams of the Anadrol-50 per day (stay on the Anadrol for only four to five weeks at a time). The most common time to take your daily dose of Anadrol would be first thing in the morning. However, if you find it inhibits your appetite (for which Anadrol is notorious), you can take it before bedtime. Some people actually crack their Anadrol-50 pills up into tiny pieces and take small amounts all day long. As for the Winstrol depot amps, after you finish taking the Deca Durabolin for five weeks, you can switch over to taking 50 milligrams of Winstrol every other day for another five weeks.

I’m thinking of trying steroids for the first time. I have a lot of extra fat that I want to get rid of, so I was thinking of taking Cytomel and Clenbuterol for fat loss along with Sustanon and Dianobol for mass and strength. Is this a safe combo? How would you stack these drugs?             To lose body fat, conventional wisdom says take two Clenbuterol per day (and increase by one pill every two weeks until you reach six) and one cytomel (25 micrograms) per day (and increase by 1/2 pill every two weeks until no more than three pills—75mcg— is reached). Continue for eight to 12 weeks. To gain muscle, take 250 milligrams of Sustanon 250 every other day along with five to eight Dianabol tabs per day. Stay on for at least 12 weeks. That’s a recipe for success.
Your articles in Muscular Development are great. I’m 17 and I want to get into bodybuilding. My main concern is: Do steroids make your dick shrink? If they do make it shrink, what would cause that? Do steroids make your neck thick in comparison to people who do not use performance-enhancing drugs? Why is it that your veins stick out so much compared to Jay Cutler or Jeremy Freeman? Is Lee Priest a short guy? Finally, what would you think if I were to make a proposal to MD and see if they’d be interested in following the complete career of a bodybuilder. That bodybuilder would be me and since I’m just getting into it, I could send them photos of me with my current body. The readers of MD could watch me transform from “scrawny” to an “anabolic freak.” Do you think MD would even consider it?

First off, thank you for your compliments. I think it’s important to realize that anabolic steroid use does not cause your dick (as you put it) to shrink. It can cause testicular atrophy (shrinkage of your “balls” to use your terminology) in some instances; however, the size of your penis will not be affected by hormonal manipulation. Steroids, by virtue of the fact that they increase the size and girth of muscle cells, can indeed increase the thickness of the user’s neck (in relation to the non-user). As far as “vascularity” is concerned, the leaner the individual, the more vascular (veins sticking out) the individual will appear. In my case, I get extremely lean (more so than most other bodybuilders); therefore, my veins tend to be more noticeable than most. Yes, Lee Priest is indeed short (by society’s standards); yet, he is definitely “monster” size by any bodybuilder’s definition. Whether or not MD would be interested in following your newly acquired bodybuilding “career” is up to Steve Blechman, publisher and editor-in-chief. I advise you contact the magazine directly.

I hear you teach a personal training certification course. I think all the current courses out there (A.C.S.M., A.C.E., I.S.S.A.) are outdated and irrelevant in today’s times. I don’t want to be a molecular biologist; I want to be a personal trainer. What’s the deal with your course?             About four years ago, I noticed that there was a definite lack of good personal trainers in the gyms across America and I realized the reason was that no one was teaching these trainers the proper way to be true “teachers.”  Most of the certification courses out there were essentially money-making scams that gave just about “anyone” a diploma as long as they paid for it.  S.M.A.R.T. Training came about as a response to my frustration with all the existing courses on the market. Not one single course has been significantly updated in the last eight years. Not one course even bothers to address the new thinking on high-protein diets and performance enhancing supplements.  S.M.A.R.T tackles all these issues as well as having the most extensive hands-on “in gym” teaching available anywhere (taught exclusively by top national-level bodybuilders). S.M.A.R.T also happens to be the only personal training certification course that is actually accredited by an American college, Dowling College (Oakdale, NY).
