What motivates you day in and day out to keep training hard and keep coming back show after show? The other day, I was watching the inspirational high school basketball movie, “Hoosiers,” and I heard a great line uttered by Gene Hackman. In response to the critical assessment that sports give individuals a false hope of success, he replies, “In our lifetimes, wouldn’t all of us like to feel like gods— even for just one day?” That is the line that probably best typifies what bodybuilders experience when they hear their name called out for first place. A non-competitive individual will never know or truly understand what it feels like to be the best at anything— even if for only a small moment in time. As bodybuilders, we sacrifice, we subject ourselves to enormous pain and we spend tremendous amounts of time and money in the pursuit of that coveted first place prize; yet, the rewards seem inadequate. The best way to understand why, as athletes, we sacrifice so much to gain, theoretically, so little, is that we all, as competitive, passionate individuals, strive to feel immortal, invincible and eternal— even for just one day! What is the deal with all the vicious postings on message boards and all the obsessed fans that seem to stalk the bodybuilding world? During the “blackout of 2003,” while sitting in the dark living room of my home (with only two hours of laptop battery power to go), I realized how fragile and precarious our lives are and how dependent we are upon the electrical power plants that fuel our 21st century existence. It also gives me a good chance to analyze all the delusional and vampiric people who prowl the bodybuilding landscape in search of vicarious thrills at the expense of all the hard-working, well-intentioned, successful athletes. You have to understand that there will always be jealous individuals who envy the lifestyle of professional bodybuilders and thus, try to belittle them in an attempt to make themselves feel better about their own dysfunctional lives. Likewise, the obsessed, fetish-tainted fans who stalk after all the women bodybuilders are also, in a sense, either trying to live vicariously through their idols or are attempting to manipulate and take advantage of the fragile state of affairs that exists in today’s world of women’s physique development. I have a show coming up in about nine weeks. I have 20 milliliters (ml) of testosterone cypionate, 50ml of testosterone enanthate, 20ml of Deca, 20ml of Winstrol and 4 IU/day of Serostim GH (eight weeks worth). What is the best way to get large and cut up at the same time? Also, should I take insulin with it? Your contest in nine weeks would seem to take precedence in this instance. Therefore, we will concentrate on having you get into your best condition possible. Try taking 250 milligrams (mg) of testosterone cypionate two times per week and 250mg testosterone enanthate two times per week (1,000mg of total testosterone/week). Combine the 1,000mg of Test with 200mg Deca twice per week and 1ml (50mg) Winstrol every other day. To “ignite the flame” of fat burning, you can add in the 4IU GH per day (taken in the morning). Assuming you are following a low-carbohydrate diet (in order to burn up as much body fat as possible), you will not need to use insulin with this pre-contest stack.
Does Finajet, Deca Durabolin, Dianabol and/or Anavar lower and/orsuppress natural testosterone levels? If yes, would these cancel the effects of natural testosterone boosters and prohormones? Deca Durabolin and Dianabol heavily suppress the hypothalamic-pituitary-testicular axis (i.e., they shut down endogenous testosterone production). Trenbolone and Anavar, while appearing to have much more subtle effects on natural testosterone production, both do indeed suppress endogenous testosterone levels to some degree. If a lifter were to take prohormones to boost testosterone production and he was to concurrently take any of the above synthetic anabolic steroids, he would not garnish the proclaimed benefits from the much weaker prohromones. A much wiser approach would be to take the prohormones after coming off a lengthy cycle of the above-mentioned anabolic steroids. Taken in this fashion, the body would have all the raw materials it could possibly need to manufacture the now- scarce testosterone molecule.
How long would you say Dianabol or Anadrol-50 stay in your system?I would venture to guess that since they are both water-based oral compounds, they would have a very fast turnover and half-life. Therefore, I would probably guess that after 48 hours most traces of the drugs would be gone. To play it safe, I would give yourself a good two weeks off the drugs before taking any kind of drug test. Zydot is a blocking agent (comes as a ready-to-mix drink) that has been quite effective at blocking anabolic steroids from showing up on urinalysis. The only synthetic steroids it doesn’t reliably block are Deca Durabolin and Equipoise.
Is there a specific way to take clenbuterol? I heard that either two weeks on/two weeks off, or three days on/three days off is best. What do you suggest?
Take two pills per day (in divided doses) for two weeks (one pill in the morning, one pill 30 minutes before training). Every two weeks thereafter, take an additional pill until you reach a high of six pills per day. (Never take two pills at the same time). Once six pills per day is reached, begin tapering down in the same manner you built up the dose (i.e., reduce by one pill per day every two weeks until you are down to one pill per day). Once you get down to one pill per day, take 1/2 pill every other day (for a week), then come off the clenbuterol altogether.
I'm interested in finding a steroid similar to Deca Durabolin (one that has few, if any, side effects). Do you know of any steroids that have great strength-enhancing capabilities like Masteron, without the hair loss?
First off, Masteron is not really known for its great strength-producing potential. (It’s more of a “hardening” drug). Secondly, Masteron, while being a DHT derivative (i.e., it is synthesized from DHT), does not cause any DHT-related side effects (e.g., hair loss) since it no longer retains any of DHT’s functionality (i.e., it is a completely unique compound with its own set of properties). Many people make the same mistake of thinking that Winstrol and Primobolin (because they are synthesized from DHT) still retain the same properties, as well. This is an untrue statement. Getting back to your question, the best “strength-enhancing” drugs (that are also similar to Deca) would have to be trenbolone acetate (Finajet), Equipoise (Boldenone) and Masteron (dromostanolone).
