of the highest circulated newspaper in the USA!

Washington, DC, assignment editor, Branden
Ray, is
flexing his unnaturally bulging muscles on the cover of the August issue of
Muscular Development magazine to promote his participation in the upcoming USA
Championship competition. Ray tells the mag, "I've always viewed myself as my
main competitor . . . There's no such thing as luck, it's preparation. And I'm
prepared to win." Anderson
Cooper might
want to watch his back.
