Illinois figure competitor Chaya Boone is making her way towards Rosemont, IL for the 2011 NPC Jr.Nationals. Originally from Champagne, IL this personal trainer and wellness coach is obviously practicing what she is preaching. A University of Illinois graduate with a degree in kinesiology. Chaya takes us on a leg and back workout in what she describes as her last leg day and goes into her competition history, her background and what she hopes to accomplish at the Jr. Nationals .
