The 2009 Optimum Nutrition NPC Jr. National Bodybuilding, Fitness, Figure and Bikini Championships, to be held June 19-20 at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare Hotel in Rosemont (Chicago area), Illinois.

The entry deadline has come and gone, but tickets are still available for this great show.

Many of you all have asked how you can be selected for an "In the Trenches" video. Well here's your opportunity.

Our video staff will take the time to film you in an "In the Trenches" training video while in the Chicago area. Our open film dates are Thursday, Friday, Sunday and Monday: June 18-22. All you have to do is ....
