The ABCs, as they’ve come to be known, truly represent the “basics” of bodybuilding: training, eating and the singular and unique camaraderie and motivation that comes as part and parcel of being surrounded by a legion of supportive, like-minded athletes. A movement that has grown exponentially in the two plus years since its inception, our rise has just begun. Thirty plus ABC chapters from across the nation will be well-represented at the event and, as always, new members are welcome—just be prepared to train elbow to elbow with some of the best in the game like Ox, Wrath and The House as well as iron warriors and Animal enthusiasts like yourself from all corners of the globe.
