Ed and Betty Pariso have taken the lead in promoting HUGE Bodybuilding, Figure and Fitness and now Bikini shows and Fitness Expos. This year they have three scheduled.

The 2010 IFBB Europa Show of Champions - Orlando is host to the IFBB Pro Open Men & IFBB Pro 202 as well as the IFBB Pro Figure, Fitness and Bikini. This is the first Bikini Pro Show of the year and I am looking forward to it - Bikini is Hot!

My favorite though is the 202 Class. It's a tough class as the competitors are all about the same size with various height but it's the weight limit that makes it very competitive. The knock down drag out fight at the 2009 Atlantic City Pro between Jose Raymond and Flex Lewis was exciting.

Also the lock and pop contest makes it more entertaining which is what fans look forward to at the night show.

Also notice there's no women's bodybuilding promoted this year - same as last year. We will get with Ed and Betty on their thoughts after their bad experience from 2007
