Competitors are able to download the NPC Amateur entry form on this page, as well as find a list of services that are recommended for all athletes.   The deadline for your information to be included in the program is Monday July 19th, 2010.  Also, please be sure to purchase tickets for your family/friends to the show early, last year was a sellout!
