Women Lightweight: Up to & Including 118 lbs.
Women Middleweight: Over 118 lbs. up to & Including 132 lbs.
Women Heavyweight: Over 132 lbs.

*Women Master: One Class *** Over 35 Years Old.
*Men Sub Master: One Class *** 35To 39 Years Old.
* Men Master: One Class *** 40 To 49 Years Old.

*Men Grand Master: One Class over 50 Years Old.

Men Bantamweight: Up to and Including 143 1/4 lbs.
Men Lightweight: Over 143 1/4 up to and including 154 1/4 lbs.
Men Middleweight: 155 up to and including 1761/4
Men Light Heavyweight: 176 1/4 up to 198
Men Super Heavyweight: Over 225 1/4 lbs.

Fitness: One Class

Figure: A) up to and including 5"2"
B) over 5'2" up to and including 5"4"
C) over 5'4" up to and including 5'6"
D) over 5'6"

ALSO Featuring a BIKINI CLASS

*Figure Masters 35 Plus Years Old.
*** Divisions Must Show Birth Certificate.

Entry Deadline: Monday, April 27th, 2009

Entry Fee: $50.00 Each Show-Cashier's Check or Money Order Only. Make Checks out to James DeCotis.
Entry Fee's are Non-Refundable. After Deadline Entry Fee Will Be $65.00

Music: CD or Cassette set to the beginning with a 90 Second time limit. Music will be cued out if over 90 seconds.
Turn in Music at Registration.

Competition Guidelines: All Contestants must follow good sportsmanship at all times and follow contest rules.
Pump Up Room and Dressing Room is Provided. Only Contestants will be allowed to enter those area's.
Please RESPECT the Importance of this Rule.

Awards & Placings: For All Competitions there will be Trophies for Top Five in Each Weight Group.
