Shelly & Betsy Prep for the 2010 Jr Nationals

Shelly & Betsy Albetta two weeks out from the NPC Garden State, three weeks out from the NPC Jr National Championships

Shelly and her twin sister are going to be competing in the Garden State show in New Jersey and then on to the Junior Nationals. They are Figure Competitors and have done the North Americans and the Team Universe. They claim to have improved their overall shape so let's see!.

2009 Jr Nationals Placements - What to Expect

Last year's 2009 Junior National Championships came down to the wire with some heavy competition but ultimately Jonathan Delarosa came out on top.

2010 Junior Nationals Highlights - Past Winners

On June 18th & 19th of 2010 the NPC Jr. National Championships return to Chicago, Illinois promoted by Pam Betz where a few IFBB Pro Cards will be handed out to some Figure and Fitness Competitors as well, this show will no doubt produce some future IFBB Pro Bodybuilders!

The Comet has Landed in Chicago

While tornadoes were wreaking havoc in the Midwest, Marcus "The Comet" Haley struck down at Chicago's Quads Gym for a chest workout with George Farah. Haley is focusing on the Mr Olympia show in September. Farah is one month out from the Europa Connecticut.
