IFBB Pro Guy Cisternino trains arms 10 weeks out from the 2015 IFBB New York Pro. Guy competed in 7 shows last year and really felt that he missed his peak from simply competing too much. Your body does get tired. This year, he won't be competing as much but will try to nail his peak better. He also gives some great tips on getting that peak in the biceps.
