A main emphasis with this video is that both Guy and Marco don't train biceps and triceps all that heavy compared to when they train heavy for the larger muscle groups. Guy has tried heavy weight in the past for his arms, but they get a lot of secondary work from training chest, shoulders and back, so lighter, more focused training has helped them grow.
