Armon Adibi Arm & Delt Workout - NPC Nationals 2014 Prep

 

14nationals-armonadibiHeavyweight Armon Adibi is making a successful comeback to competition after over coming 2 shoulder surgeries that shut him down for a year. Check out his Arm & Delt workout and game plan for the last 4.5 weeks before the 2014 NPC Nationals.

The Workout:

4 sets rear delt flys
3 sets laterals and front raises with the lateral raise machine
3 sets alternating dumbbell front raises
3 sets of shoulder press on the hammer plate loaded machine
Machine preacher curls
Then, Armon did a circuit of easy bar cults with machine dips reverse curls and rope pushdowns for about 4 rounds.
