14usa-trigiliNick Trigili trains his shoulders 4 weeks out from the 2014 NPC USA. He missed competing at the USA last year due to an injury. He's back with a vengeance going after that pro card. He trains pretty heavy in this video going up to 315lbs on military presses. He also emphasizes how he trains each of the shoulder heads in a rotation making sure to keep the entire shoulder warm during the workout.
