Kicking things off with the 212lb Division, it appears to be a wide-open field with no real standout leader rising up from the battle. Last years first runner up, Mboya Edwards, appears bigger but not quite as sharp and separated this time out. Guy Cisternino seems to have the same fate as Mboya in the new division sacrificing his amazing hardness for softer size! There should be a dogfight for the top 3 finalists and we must keep in mind that 50% of the Scoring will take place at the Finals!

In the Open Men's Pro Prejudging, it seemed as if the former Overall NPC National Champion and last years 3rd place World Masters Finalist & Most Improved, Bill Wilmore, opened a sizable lead heading into tomorrow nights Finals! Bill is arguably the biggest guy in the not-so-impressive field of 13 competitors. Bill came in hard in all the right places and grainy, with decent vascularity to stand out and be noticed. He was the only competitor to receive just one call out during round one!

After Bill, things get more interesting since there's a mixed line up of very different physiques. Jon DeLa Rosa seemed to replicate his New York condition, with a slight film of water blurring a promising physique.  He’s still a work in progress maturity wise. Jon is better from the front, softer from the rear but it's only his second Pro show so he has time to learn from this outing. It appears that the former NPC Lt. Hvy Champion, Seth Feroce's "Winning Streak" will end on Saturday night. Seth, who a year ago walked off with the 202 win at the IFBB Europa Dallas, decided to skip over the new 212lb Division and compete in the Open Men! That plan backfired badly, as Seth didn’t get asked to take the stage until the third call-out! Apparently something went wrong, his color was way too light and his usual detail was barely visible.

On a brighter note, there are several guys that are new on the scene and making waves right here in Toronto!  Stay tuned for Final Results and Wrap Up Video…in the meantime you can see me, Flex Wheeler, and Bob Cicherillo in the pre-judging wrap-up – CLICK HERE!
