The All New MD Radio Show kicks off the 2010 Season with an update from our Pittsburgh, PA Correspondent & NPC Judge/Promoter, Gary Udit who will bring us up to speed with the upcoming year in the NPC, as well as the major shows he puts on later in the year like the NPC Teen, Collegiate & Masters Nationals and the IFBB North America Contests!

The Fit EXPO officially kicks off the first major event of the year in the Bodybuilding industry as this EXPO has taken on a life of its own and now showcases events like; The Fittest Couple, MMA Demonstrations, Strongman Competition, Curling Contest for Body Weight, Pro Athletes Signing Autographs and Sponsors galore giving out tons of Free Samples starting on Saturday, January 23rd & 24th at the LA Convention Center!
