On Saturday, January 25, there wilL be a FREE NPC Workshop at One2One Training Center in Houston, Texas. At this event you will learn about the NPC, Training, Nutrition & Competing. It is open to people of all experience levels who compete in bodybuilding, figure, bikini & physique. In attendence will be Lee Thompson, Greg Corriere, John Sherman, Kerri Hays & Dana Ambrose.
