Lee Thompson and his NPC Texas crew are hard at work this season, and there hasn’t even been a show yet! They’ve already put on several workshops that cover bodybuilding, physique, figure and bikini posing advice, rules, ect. - with several more slated across the state.

 Here’s a look at the workshop held last weekend in Houston at the ONE2ONE TRAINING CENTER. Hundreds of people were there. If that gives you any indication, the NPC shows in Texas are huge!

 The next workshop will be on Adela Garcia’s home turf in Austin. Whether you’ve competed before or are brand new, there’s something for everyone at an NPC Workshop.

 And in case you’re wondering – the NPC Texas calendar starts off with a bang in March with the Phil Heath Classic. Texas shows always sell out, so be sure to plan ahead for this one!
