Igniting mTOR and Blocking Myostatin or Explosive Muscle Growth!

 You’re probably wondering, “What on Earth is mTOR”? mTOR is one of the secrets to Rapid Body Redesign™ so pay close attention. Simply put, mTOR not only increases muscle protein synthesis, but also increases your body’s capacity to produce even greater amounts of muscle protein synthesis. Table 1 (above) and Figure 1 (below) show the solubility of various creatine species compared to N-Acetyl Super Creatine in 0.1N Hydrochloride (HCl) at 37°C. It is clear from the information showed that one gram of N-Acetyl Super Creatine dissolves faster than any other creatine species.

Although the dissolution time for one gram of Creatine Ethyl Ester HCl (highlighted in yellow as Creatine EE HCl) is less than one minute (0.95 minutes) in reality, this is not reflective of the chemistry behind the ultimate fate of Creatine Ethyl Ester in aqueous media. Creatine Ethyl Ester HCL does not dissolve faster in aqueous media. Instead, Creatine Ethyl Ester HCl decomposes into creatinine in two to three minutes. Creatinine is an excretory byproduct produced from the breakdown of creatine phosphate and offers none of the numerous benefits of creatine. Therefore, it is important to note that Creatine Ethyl Ester HCl is unstable and its rapid conversion to creatinine rules out Creatine Ethyl Ester HCL as candidate to be used as a drug and/or dietary supplement.

Both Table 1 and Figure 1 (above) show the results for the dissolution of 11 creatine compounds in HCl. The dissolution of one gram of N-Acetyl Super Creatine (highlighted in green) is faster that all other creatine compounds including Creatine Ethyl Ester HCL which has the chemical disadvantage decomposing into creatinine and not being chemically stable as discussed above.

 Likewise, both Table 2 and Figure 2 below show the results for the dissolution of 11 creatine compounds in water. The dissolution of one gram of N-Acetyl Creatine (highlighted in green) is faster that all other creatine compounds including Creatine Ethyl Ester HCL which has the chemical disadvantage decomposing into creatinine and not being chemically stable as discussed above.

 Whether a PhD or an average bro, history shows that it is normal to encounter violent opposition when you upset the status quo. There are always going to be those who insist that the Earth is the center of the universe or that creatine will never be stable in water.
