Top IFBB Figure & Bikini Pros Appear at Free Workshop in Houston

The NPC Figure, Bikini, & Fitness Workshop made its way to Houston, Texas this past weekend.   Special guests included Indian Paulino, Jaime Baird, Nicole Nagrani, and Momma Bombshell herself, Shannon Dey! The 150 participants came from as far as Italy and Mexico to attend the Free NPC Fitness, Figure, and Bikini Workshop hosted by Texas State NPC Chairman Lee Thompson.
