Dennis Wolf Re-Signs With MD

The Big Bad Wolf Remains

By Steve Blechman

13dennisre-signsI am proud to announce that Dennis Wolf has signed a new, exclusive multi-year contract with MD.

According to Dennis, “This is a true honor. MD has established itself as the industry leader. I am so proud and grateful to be part of Team MD, the best hardcore bodybuilding magazine and website in the world! I can’t thank Steve enough for re-signing me here at MD and having his support. MD gives me the drive I need to stay focused to make improvements and gives me the opportunity to be the best I can be. I’m looking forward working with MD and its great team in the future. Also, thanks to the fans online and readers of MD. Their support means a lot to me!”

Peter McGough, Senior Editor of MD, stated, “In the countdown to the 2013 Mr. Olympia contest, in the finals that concluded Saturday, September 29, the big X-factor threat to two-time champ Phil Heath was expected to be a cut and massive 280-pound beast a continent or two away to the east. And to these peepers, that’s how it panned out, but the 280-pound would-be nemesis was not the highly touted Big Ramy from the Middle East kingdom of Kuwait, but Dennis Wolf, who grew up in the Eastern Bloc environs of Topki, Siberia.

“From his Olympia debut in 2006, Wolf has always carried top Olympia credentials. The knock has always been against his lagging calves and shallow lower back. This year, the German champ just went for size and be damned. He crammed that spectacular X-frame with grade-A muscle and was tight, big, and full. His back double biceps went on forever. Personally, I saw him beating Kai Greene and he gave Heath trouble in several shots. In the last comparison with Greene, this is how I saw it.

“Front Double Biceps: Kai, Front Lat: Dennis, Side Chest: Kai, Back & Biceps: Dennis, Back Lat Spread: Kai, Side Triceps: Dennis, Abs & Thighs: Dennis, Most Muscular: Dennis. My Opinion -- Dennis takes it 5 to 3.”

Four-time Mr. Olympian champion Jay Cutler stated, “I am so happy for this guy— no one lives and breathes bodybuilding like this guy … trust me … good job, D … you got robbed of second place!”

Dennis Wolf has had his share of ups and downs –  but now he’s on the prowl and more determined than ever to bring home the Sandow. Dennis’ showing at the Olympia was his best ever, and he was also the most improved bodybuilder in the top six. Dennis is the ultimate X-frame in bodybuilding today, with superior shape, height and weight. Standing six feet tall, with an impressive shoulder-to-hip ratio, cannonball delts, flaring quads and a small waist, Dennis carries 275 pounds of dense muscle— with larger-than-life proportions that measure up to bodybuilding legends such as Steve Reeves and Frank Zane. With 10-20 more ripped pounds of mass and more improvements, Dennis could easily be Mr. Olympia in the very near future. Dennis is now recognized as the real deal, and may be Phil Heath’s most dangerous challenger.

Dennis’ next competition is the 2013 Arnold Classic Europe in Madrid, Spain this Saturday, October 12th. Best of luck, Dennis— wishing you the best in your preparation and success at the Arnold Spain. Team MD will be there personally, along with the MD crew to support you and other Team MD athletes. Stay tuned for exclusive updates, articles and interviews with Dennis this weekend on musculardevelopment.com.
