Our second Digital Diva of 2013 is NPC bikini competitor Justine Moore. Origianlly from the state of Wisconsin, Moore is a full on fan of the Green Bay Packers. No doubt she needs some consoling after last weekend's loss to San Francisco that put a halt on their quest for Superbowl 2013.
