ANTOINE VAILLANT’S SUPER AWESOME KITCHEN STUFF :

THE KILL BOWL

For those who don’t know, I do kitchen videos on my youtube channel AntoineVai… Today’s blog will be on one of the recipes I made, probably the one people tell me the most about… it’s a meal especially made for bulking/mass phases… it’s tasty as hell and is packed with HIGH QUALITY nutrients.. plus it has a kick ass name! THE KILL BOWL!

Ingredients :

- 10 OZ FILET MIGNON

- 1.5 CUPS OF RICE

- FRANK’S RED HOT

- TABASCO

- TEX MEX SPICE

- 2 TABLE SPOONS OF EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

STEP 1 : CUT THE MEAT IN VERY SMALL PIECES

STEP 2 HEAT UP A PAN, USE PAM COOKING OIL, COOK MEAT.

STEP 3:ADD SPICES AND SAUCES

STEP 4:MORE HOT SAUCE

STEP 5 : HOT SAUCE ONCE MORE

STEP 6 :ADD THE ALREADY COOKED RICE ONCE MEAT IS ALMOST FULLY COOKED

STEP 7 :MORE HOT SAUCE, more more MOOOOOORE

STEP 8 :PUT IT ALL IN A BOWL, ADD THE OLIVE OIL AND MORE HOT SAUCE

STEP 9 : EAT IT FURIOUSLY.
