14stevekuclo-legsarnoldIFBB Pro bodybuilder Steve Kuclo has long been touted as the next big thing. One thing is certain, he’s fulfilled the big part. He’s now weighing in at over 300 pounds. What can 300 pounds do in the gym? A very heavy leg work out!

 

Of course, there’s more to Steve than Steve the bodybuilder. There’s also Steve the fireman. Even through contest season, Steve takes 24 hour shifts at Dallas Station 10.

Team MD’s Nick Del Toro met up with Steve at work to film a leg workout, and then followed him on to the Fire Station 10 to see what a day at work in like for this bodybuilder in prep for the 2014 Arnold Classic Brazil.
