Todd Jewell Parties in San Jose!

Last weekend the BIG BOYS invaded San Jose to celebrate Hany Rambod's birthday! Seth Feroce, Steve Kuclo, Phil Heath, myself, and a large group of Hany's other friends and clients were all there. We had a great time!

On Friday I got in a little light quad training when I first got there. This was the first time since my surgery. After that, Hany treated us to dinner at a Persian restaurant - it was quite tasty. We ended the night with breakfast at IHOP!

Phil and Steve had a Max Muscle appearance on Saturday, so Seth and I tagged along. Following Max Muscle we all went to lunch at Five Guys Burgers and Fries joined by IFBB Pro Kris Murell. This was a first for me, and I have to say the food was pretty good!
After re-fueling it was time for some more training. Seth and I got in a light arm workout. Jordan Blechman was there to film it, so you’ll be able to see that in an upcoming In The Trenches. This was only my second time to train arms in eight weeks. I had just trained arms three days prior for the first time since the Nationals. Needless to say, I was sore as hell. The workout helped to get some blood into the muscles and will help speed up the recovery process. My arms were already feeling much better that night.

Then it was time to get back to the hotel and get cleaned up for the big birthday bash at Los Gatos Bar and Grill. A few of us were running a little late for dinner. Luckily, Phil Heath had a badass land yacht for a rental car! We all piled in and hauled ass. That Lincoln Town car got us there fast, safely, and just in time to order dinner! From there we were ushered into a VIP area where we spent the remainder of the night. I won’t go into details, because what happens in Los Gatos, stays in Los Gatos…
