 Building a Foundation: Arm Training with Tyler Cohen & G-Six

 

Deep from the depths of the off-season, a 290-pound G-Six rises to train with 20-year old Tyler Cohen. Both are following a long term plan to add size and mass for the 2015 competitive season. For G-Six, it's the 2015 Jr. USA where he hopes to shed 60+ pounds and come in shredded at 230. For Tyler, it's a yet-to-be named National show in the summer of 2015. Filmed at the Jersey institution, Ron Capudano's Muscle Mill Gym in Milltown, New Jersey.
