Jay Cutler’s come back don’t count him out! There are a handful of bodybuilders who are true warriors, athletes who stand the test of time and battle it out until their hand is raised in victory. Jay Cutler is one of the toughest, hardest working and most determined competitors the sport has ever known. Like all great warriors, jay never gives up. He battled Ronnie Coleman for years before beating Big Ron and bringing home the Sandow in 2006. Jay Cutler is the only Mr. Olympia to ever reclaim his title after losing it –defeating the reigning champion, Dexter Jackson, in 2009. In 2011, Jay was runner-up to his good friend Phil Heath, but don’t count jay out – he’s got a plan to reclaim the Sandow once again. If anyone can do it, I know that Jay Cutler can.

Winning another Sandow won’t be easy for Jay. He’ll be 40 at next year’s Olympia. But Jay has an iron willpower and fanatical dedication to beat others more naturally blessed in the DNA stakes. Jay has the drive and work ethic to do anything. His first Olympia victory came after placing second four times- no previous winner had that “close but no Sandow” runner-up record before earning the title.

Two weeks out from the 2011 Mr. Olympia, Jay was massive, ripped, in top condition and ready to bring home the Sandow. You saw the photos online and in MD magazine. Unfortunately, an injury sidelined Jay’s training and impacted his condition on contest day. Fully recovered, Jay is ready to rock and roll – and kick some major ass next year in Vegas. What is Jay’s battle plan for 2013? Jay tells MD’s Sean Andros that he isn’t just coming back – he’s moving forward to create the best Cutler we’ve ever seen.

Phil Heath
– the “student” of Jay Cutler who eventually went to the head of the class – became a pro after less than three years of training, and was looked upon as such a genetic phenom that his self-given nickname “The Gift” was deemed totally appropriate. Bodybuilding historian Peter McGough gives us an exclusive at how he witnessed the development of the man who many say may eventually be proclaimed as one of the best bodybuilders in history. Also check out the free giant size poster of Phil Heath, a spectacular photograph and Mr. Olympia Souvenir!

Arnold Schwarzenegger doesn’t sit down to many interviews, except when he has the opportunity to talk to his good friend Peter McGough. In “I’ll Look Back!” Part One of an MD world exclusive, the king of bodybuilding opens up to Muscular Development about what we can expect to read in his hotly anticipated autobiography, Total Recall: My Unbelievably True Life Story, which hit bookstores on October 1st. Thank you, Arnold, for taking the time to talk to MD. The November issue of MD is on sale September 27th.

"This is the story you know. Are you ready for the story you don't?"  -- Arnold Schwarzenegger
