Arnold Classic Prep: Dennis Wolf Leg Workout - 4.5 Weeks Out

Dennis is Hitting the Gym with Real Motivation

14dennisarnoldWhen IFBB Pro bodybuilder Dennis Wolf decided to sit the 2013 Arnold Classic in preparation for the 2013 Olympia, many thought he was making a grave mistake – until he stepped on stage in Vegas. It was immediately evident that he took his time off seriously.

Only two men were able to keep Dennis from claiming the Olympia title, Phil Heath and Kai Greene. Neither of those men will be competing in Ohio.

Wolf’s closest threat on paper is Shawn Rhoden. However, the last time these two faced-off, Wolf came out on top. Rhoden was relegated to fourth place not once, but twice last year to Wolf’s third place spots – at the 2013 Olympia and the 2013 Arnold Madrid.

Now, with less than five weeks to the Arnold Classic 2014, Wolf is going in as one of the favorites, if not the favorite. Team MD’s Jordan Blechman was on hand to film a very detailed leg workout just days ago in Vegas. Take a look at it and then come join the discussion at the MD Forums.

Will this be the year of the wolf?
