Arnold Classic Prep: Evan Centopani Arm & Shoulder Workout

4 Weeks Out from the Arnold Classic 2014

14evandelts-4weeksEvan Centopani is no stranger to success. You could almost say he’s made a career out of making calculated decisions in targeting specific contests to not just compete in, but win.

He received his IFBB Pro Card in 2007 at the Nationals, but did not step on the pro stage until 2009 at the New York Pro. Yes, he won. He then sat out again and reemerged at the 2011 FLEX Pro. And yes, he won that one too.

Evan doesn’t compete for the sake of competing. He targets those specific shows and works to win. Just like he did in last year when he won the Tampa Pro.

Now, Evan is preparing for the 2014 Arnold Classic. His highest placing to date at the Arnold has been third. Facing a tough line-up that includes the likes of Victor Martinez, Dennis Wolf, and Shawn Rhoden, you can bet that Evan is working hard to stay on top of the game.

Get an insider’s look as Evan trains arms and shoulders at Montonari Bros. Powerhouse Gym in Connecticut with four weeks to go to the big show.
