EVOGEN NUTRITION SIGNS CANADIAN BIKINI COMPETITOR DANIELLE VAUGHAN

CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA (July 19, 2013) - Evogen Nutrition has announced the signing of another star in the making in Canadian Bikini competitor Danielle Vaughan.

Last month, Evogen signed IFBB Men’s Physique competitor Jeremy Buendia less than one week after Buendia won his pro debut at the IFBB Greater Gulf States.

Vaughan, 23, recently won her class at the CBBF Alberta Provincial Bodybuilding, Physique, Fitness an d Bikini Championships on June 15. The contest was just the second time Vaughn had stepped on a competitive stage.

A resident of Edmonton, Alberta, Vaughan now has her sights set on winning her IFBB Pro card at Canadian Nationals in August.

“I was kind of caught off guard and definitely honored to be the first Canadian to sign with Evogen,” Danielle said. “I know a lot about the company and a lot about the products since I took them during my prep for the Provincials. I’m thrilled to be part of such a great team.”

Vaughan joins a team of athletes than includes IFBB Pro Bodybuilding and 2011 NPC USA Overall Champion Steve Kuclo, IFBB Pro Men’s Physique Champion Jeremy Buendia, IFBB Pro Bikini competitor Christie Marquez, current NPC Teen National Bodybuilding Champion Cody Montgomery, 2011 NPC Collegiate National Champion Jonathan Irizarry and NPC bodybuilder Lamar Byrd.
