National Qualifier- The highest level of competition in a state sanctioned show. Top five in every weight or height class qualifies to compete in an NPC Jr. Nationals, Jr. USA, Team Universe and North America. Top three in every weight or height class qualifies to compete in an NPC USA and Nationals. If a show is not listed on this page as a National Qualifier it does not qualify you to move the National Level.

 Open- Open to any NPC athlete (These shows do not qualify you for the nationals).

 Novice- Open to any athlete who is NOT Nationally Qualified, meaning they have not placed in the top five in a National Qualifier or the top 10 in a national NPC event. These are entry level events.

 Local- Only competitors living in a certain geographic area are allowed to enter. These are entry level events.
