On January 31st from 3-5pm, Musclecontest.com will be putting on a FREE NPC Workshop for all bodybuilding, physique, figure & bikini competitors. The event is being coordinated by the Southern California NPC District Chairman - Mr. Jon Lindsay & will provide competitors with advice regarding Posing, Tanning, Make-up & Choosing the right suit. Afterwards there will be a Q & A with 6 IFBB Pros: Tamer El Guindy, Amanda Latona, Stacey Alexander, Julie Hyman, Tamara Haddad & Trevor Larsen. There is no RSVP or reservation needed...just show up.
