IFBB Advisory Notice - Fitness Competitor Prop Usage

1. Subject to the following conditions, the IFBB Professional League permits the use of props during the Fitness Routine.

2. Any prop that may be carried on stage and off stage by the competitor without the assistance of stage expeditors does not require the pre-approval of the promoter.

3. Any prop that requires the assistance of stage expeditors to carry it on stage and off stage requires the pre-approval of the promoter.

4. If you intend to use a prop that requries the assistance of stage expeditors, you must contact the promoter for pre-approval in advance of the competiton, failing which the use of the prop may be disallowed.
