Press Release

Steve Blechman, Editor in Chief of Muscular Development Media and President/CEO of Advanced Research Media, Inc, is pleased to announce the newest show to premiere on www.musculardevelopment.com  - introducing Charles Glass: Trainer of Champions.  Mr. Blechman has stated, “I’ve known Charles for over twenty years and I have worked with him for many years as a columnist and contributing training editor to Muscular Development magazine. It’s great to have Charles back as a regular weekly contributor! His contributions and training expertise have been dearly missed! I can assure you that the training series will be very informative and popular! Charles is also excited about being back and can’t wait to begin the weekly video series as MD presents Charles Glass: Trainer of Champions.”

Recently reaching over 200K YouTube subscribers, Muscular Development has transformed, over the years, from a publishing company to a global media company — a leading edge 24/7 content hub, delivering the best content for serious gym rats, strength trainers and bodybuilders alike. MD is not just a magazine anymore. We are a multimedia, multiplatform company which includes digital, point-of-contact IFBB contest coverage, interactive MD No Bull forums, cutting-edge video content, engaging print, vast social media platforms, dedicated e-mail subscriber lists, podcasts and radio shows, including the recently launched MD Global Muscle Radio worldwide (available on YouTube and podcast platforms) and our new Muscular Development weekly newsletter, and now MD presents: CHARLES GLASS: TRAINER OF CHAMPIONS!

Before Charles Glass was training champion bodybuilders, he was one himself. Glass, a former standout collegiate gymnast, earned his IFBB Professional status back in 1983 when he won the middleweight titles at both the NPC Nationals and the IFBB World Championships. Though he enjoyed a successful six years competing in the pro ranks, Charles found his true passion in 1987 when he became one of the first to make a career out of personal training. Making Gold’s Gym Venice his headquarters, Charles built his reputation for achieving impressive results with clients. Celebrities like Wesley Snipes, George Foreman, Reggie Jackson, and Mark McGuire all enlisted the services of Glass to meet their physique and performance goals. In the bodybuilding world, Charles was the trainer of such champions as: Flex Wheeler, Chris Cormier, 2008 Mr. Olympia Dexter Jackson and 2018 Mr. Olympia Shawn Rhoden.  He also trained  Paul Dillett, Dennis James, Gunter Schlierkamp, Kai Greene, and Hidetada Yamagishi, who relied on him to push their workouts to new levels and maximize their potential. With over 40 years of experience and a knack for making standard exercises more effective at targeting specific areas, Glass continues to be highly in demand as one of the best and most respected trainers in the world!

Muscular Development has become a content generating machine and will continue to stay ahead of the curve with another great show premiering in August!  Don’t miss it!
