The sexual warrior is a lot more than an erect penis connected to a guy with game. He has the metabolism of a Ferrari, the blood flow of a raging river, the endurance of a pile driver, and the hormones of an anabolic drug factory. Unfortunately, many guys have the metabolic health of a slug: they carry too much fat around the middle, have trouble controlling blood sugar, become breathless when walking a flight of stairs, and have sludgy blood from too much cholesterol and triglycerides.

Portuguese researchers, led by Ricardo Borges, in a review of literature, concluded that people with poor metabolic health (the Metabolic Syndrome) almost always have sexual problems that include erectile dysfunction, low sexual desire, minimal levels of reproductive hormones, and overall poor sexual performance. The problem was equally severe in men and women. Good sex is one of life's most important pleasures. Get in shape, lose weight, and improve your diet and you can become a lion in the bedroom.
