You Guys Won’t Be Disappointed!

Guy, congratulations on signing with Centurion Labz. I have heard nothing but good things about them as a company and their products. Can you give me some insight into Centurion Labz and what they have to offer?

First off, thank you, my man— I appreciate that very much. Two close friends of mine, Dr. Nick Puccio and Dr. Joe Kepko, started this company a few months ago. I have known Dr. Nick for over three years, and I have known Dr. Kepko for about a year and a half. Dr. Puccio is a chiropractor out of New Jersey. Dr. Kepko began as a family care practitioner, and now he owns a blood lab and four rejuvenation clinics.

Dr. Kepko is by far the best doctor that I have ever met. He does one of the most intricate blood panels possible, a service that is unique to his practice. Dr. Kepko is so good, that Shawn Rhoden flew in from California just to meet with him and get a blood panel done. Shawn was beyond impressed, not only with Dr. Kepko’s knowledge in his field, but also by how much he linked a lot of what he does to bodybuilders. Dr. Puccio is his right-hand man, and had a huge part in developing their supplement company.

I have tried every product that Centurion Labz has, and my favorites so far are SARM and their original God of War Black. SARM is great all year round, and is intended to have the same kind of effect as androgenic drugs like anabolic steroids, while being much more selective in its actions. This allows it to be used for many more clinical indications than the relatively limited legitimate uses that anabolic steroids are currently approved for.

God of War is a phenomenal pre-workout that doesn’t have too many stimulants, but enough that you can definitely feel and NO crash— which is my favorite part. Centurion Labz has nine products consisting of four different SARMS (selective androgen receptor modulators), three pre-workouts with God of War Black being their best seller and flagship product, and an on-cycle and off-cycle. Be sure to check them out on Instagram at centurion_labz and on their website, www.centurionlabz.com. I promise you will love their products. Not many companies have doctors working on developing the products they are putting out.

I am happy to announce that I will be putting out my own Centurion Labz “Quadro Series” and I’m excited to get feedback of the products that are in the works. You guys won’t be disappointed!

Chest-Blasting Workout

Guy, I hear so many people talk about how great your legs are, and I agree 100 percent— you have some of the craziest quads in the game 212 or the open. You are among the few who have a very big, full chest. I have problems getting my chest to come up. Could you give my any good tips that will help? Thanks again, bro— I see big things for you in 2015.

Thanks, my man … I really appreciate it. One thing I notice that A LOT of guys don’t do anymore is flat bench. That doesn’t surprise me too much, being that a lot of guys don’t squat. It’s one thing to have an injury, but to say, “I don’t squat or bench because you can get injured too easily” … to me, that is a bullshit excuse that people make because they don’t want to take the time to learn how to perform those exercises correctly.

Like I have stated before, I never do the same workout twice— so make sure you are always switching up your lifts, and try to keep it in the rep range of 12-15— while at the same time trying to push some heavy-ass weight. Give this workout a try to see how it goes. It’s going to pre-exhaust your chest first so you might not be as strong during your presses, but give it a try.

 Incline Dumbbell Flyes                             4 sets

Incline Dumbbell or Barbell Press             4 sets

 Flat Dumbbell Flyes*                                4 sets

Flat Dumbbell or Barbell Press                  4 sets

 Incline Dumbbell Close-grip Press+          3-4 sets

*Keep your hands in the same position as if you were pressing, and perform the exercise that way – NOT palms facing each other.

+Keep the dumbbells touching, with your palms facing each other, and press straight up.

Flat dumbbell flyes and incline dumbbell close-grip presses were things that the man Charles Glass showed me while training with him.
