My Best Lifts and Heaviest Cycles

Q: Dr. T, what are your personal best (PB) in lifts and exercises with free weights? What was your heaviest cycle ever?

A: When I was 36 years old during my off-season prep for the 2010 Nationals, my best lifts were: 
Bench press - 300 pounds 
Squat - 400 pounds 
Military press - 200 pounds 
Deadlift - 400 pounds 

While during the second quarantine in 2021: 
110-pound dumbbells, flat chest press, eight reps 
100-pound dumbbells, shoulder press, six reps 
220-pound T-bar rows, 10 reps 
200-pound bent-over barbell rows, eight reps 
110-pound straight-bar biceps curls, six reps

110-pound dumbbells, one-arm rows, 12 reps 

 

I never was super strong guy. 

Regarding my biggest abuse for one week in injectables: 

Testosterone - 2gr

NPP - 1gr

Primobolan - 800mg

Winstrol - 500mg

Trenbolone - 400mg

Equipoise - 500mg

Masteron - 400mg 

This was not simultaneously, but randomly of each compound and during peak doses.
